Potter & ceramic artist Dan Weaver moved to Gouldsboro, Maine from Texas and has been making art from clay for 55 years. I stumbled upon his Maine Kiln Works serendipitously on the way back from taking pictures at Maine’s rugged Schoodic Point. I’m glad I stopped by because he’s about to move to Quebec & create an educational maker’s space & artisan lab. Photographed with a 70 year old Rolleiflex 3.5 on Kodak NC400 (film expired 2009, rated at ISO 160 pushed one stop).
